I like it. I feel like Sebastian is an under-appreciated gem of a name. I also pronounce it a bit differently than most Americans, I think. I prefer it pronounced seh-BAST-ee-en, instead of like seh-BAST-chen.

I love Sebastian/Sebastián but I think Sebastiana sounds too masculine (and too long).

I don't really like Sebastian / Sebastien. It just doesn't have an appealing sound to me.For a girl I like Sebastiane, which I know you didn't list. Sebastiana is nice.

Love Sebastian (this spelling) and find the fem. form Sebastienne okay.

Sebastian was my dog's name and I really think it's quite handsome for a boy/man no matter which way it's spelled.Sebastiana, otoh, seems almost heavy and over the top, imo. It does offer nice nn options such as Tia, Tiana or Ana. Sebastienne is equally over the top without the benefit of a good nn option. Just not feeling Seb, Sebbie or Bastienne for a girl.

I love the name Sebastian. Unique but classic and timeless.

Sebastian and Sebastien are nice. I pronounce them completely different though. I'm not sure if you pronounce them both the same?
I don't like the female forms at all. Not one bit.

I like Sebastian, it's very handsome. I much prefer the an ending to en. I don't like the female forms of the name at all.
