While I don't spend time thinking about joke names, there are two people in my town who would fall into that category.
Richard "Dick" Head
-I've never met him, but my mom has had a claim with him for insurance. And he does go by Dick.

-True story. I taught her older brother, Gunnar Bear, in vacation Bible school.
