Tori, as a stand-alone, is UK political and very hard to take seriously. As a nn for Victoria, in places where there isn't a Conservative Party known as the Tories, it's fine, though I do prefer Vickie.
Sienna ... I dislike geographical names, and also colour names like Scarlett and Indigo. I don't think it'll become lastingly mainstream.
Camilla is definitely my preference, unless I can have Victoria instead of Tori. But I'd never use it, not as a fn anyway, for its association with horsey ladies and ageing princes. Ironically, in an alternative universe it'd make a lovely sibset with Diana!
