Beau is quite nice. Beau Cameron would be my choice. I'd never use Beau where I live, as it's a French-speaking area, and being named that would be saying, "Hi, I'm Handsome!"

I really dislike Beau. I don't love any of the combos, but I think Beau Cameron and Beau William are okay. Beau Oliver is particularly awkward in flow.

I like it. It was my top name a few years ago but it seemed like it started topping a lot of other lists and I got tired of hearing it. My favorite combo is Beau Cameron :)

I like it, but only when pronounced properly. It sounds rather ugly with an English accent.
I don't like any of the middle names you suggest, but if I had to chose I'd go with Beau William. Other suggestions:Beau Gabriel
Beau Gideon
Beau Harrison
Beau Jameson
Beau Michael

It's a nice, simple, strong one syllable boys name. It's not my usual style, but it has a certain charm to it, I like it. More refreshing than all the Lukes, Noahs, Jacks and Liams around.Beau Cameron - top pick, has the best flow
Beau Oliver - The "O" sounds run together awkwardly
Beau Xavier - both names match well in style
Beau William - nice enough

I'm not a fan of the name Beau. To me it just comes off as a bit poncy; I think something like Ben is a better name, or Bernard/Bayard if you want to keep the French origin. That said, of the first/middle name combinations provided, I think Beau Xavier is the best.
