Rafaela - really like, has style and flair, and refreshingly uncommon (at least where I live). I prefer Raphaela.
Philippa - I like it in theory, dislike nn Pippa though.
Leonarda - never heard before, doesn't strike me as particularly feminine and dislike the "narda" sound. I like Leonardo on a boy. Would love to see Leocadia on a girl!
Virginia - never saw the appeal of this name, can't get past the "virgin" part and I don't find it flattering or nice sounding. Feels like a strict/uptight old lady name. Ginny is a cute nn but I like it for Ginevra.
Antonia - I find it similar in style to Raphaela, but somehow it just doesn't appeal. I've never liked the name Tony, maybe that's why.
Floranca - this name is too foreign to me and I wouldn't have known how to pronounce it correctly if you didn't provide the info. I can see the appeal though.
Claudia - have been thinking a lot about this name lately! Another one with similar vibe to Raphaela for me. I really want to like it, but the meaning puts me off...
Georgia - boring and overused. Much prefer something different like Georgiana or Georgette.

Rafaela - Love Rafael, but not crazy about this. I think it looks cool but using it in real life is about as boring as Michaela. I might be biased since I work in company with tons of Western European co-workers and Michaela, Petra, Rafaela, etc... are all over the place. Philippa - Pretty and pretty. I can see it in use. I wouldn't use it myself, but I do like it. Leonarda - Ok. It's not as chic as Leonardo on a boy, and "nard" is not really a pleasant mid-sound. Still... it's got a Romantic vibe. Virginia - It's a cute name. I do like Ginny a lot, and think this is one of the better state-names. I also have an Aunt with this name... and she is the only one I know so it has a bit of allure for me. Antonia - I like it. I slightly like Antonina better, but that it because it is my grandmother's name. I know a couple ladies with this name that go by Toni, but I would prefer Ann or Ani. Floranca (Floor-ahn-suh) - I would never have pronounced it this way. While I don't mind the sound, I find it confusing and unnatural. I might like it better as Floransa, but not much. Sorry. Floor-ahn-ka though... nice. Claudia - I go back and forth on this. I actually really like it for it's semi-clunkiness and dated yet hip feel. However, I met a couple of people with the name that made it feel unpleasant and somewhat cheap IRL. I would not use it myself, but would love to meet a kid with this name. Georgia - Love it. Sweet, simple and mature but spunky.

Antonia - 9/10
Floranca (Floor-ahn-suh). It seems like it should be Florencia 4/10

Rafaela - beautiful and vivacious
Philippa - stuffy and horsy
Leonarda - seems like a forced feminisation of a resolutely male (and very ugly) name. I prefer Leonora or Léonie
Virginia - very ugly and old fashioned. I also dislike the celebration of female virginity.
Antonia - I like Antonia more and more. It's classic and pretty without being frilly
Floranca (Floor-ahn-suh) - dislike. I can see this name on a detergent, but not a person
Claudia - I love Claudia, it's so elegant
Georgia - indifferent. I prefer Georgina, Georgette or Georgiana
