I would use the Susanna spelling to make sure Susan was in the name. I'm boring I would just use Suz for the nickname. Zanna is an easy derivate, but unless you were using it all the time it seems a touch contrived. Suellen is a whiny character and I always thought that matched her name. Susanna Eleanor Louise is a lot of name, but a good combo.
