I quite like Suzanna. It's not common, like Susan is, but also absolutely to stretch in honouring.
Suze is a name I like too. (pron. more like Suza). With Susanna, I'd say I prefer either Susannah or Suzanna. Susanna just looks a little off to me. Suzana looks lovely as well.
Suellen sounds nice, but with this spelling I get a little confused about the pronunciation. Somehow it looks more like 2 syllables to me. SOO-lən. This shouldn't be a problem if you know for sure that in your area people will pronounce it right.
