Naomi is really cool. It has a vowel combination that truly sets it apart from other names, and doesn't sound like anything else. A kid and an adult can both be Naomi. Thank you for reminding me that Naomi exists.

I used to dislike it because I thought it was really old lady-ish, but it's growing on me. It's very pretty and I love the meaning.

I love Naomi. It has always been one of my favorites. It makes me think of tropical beaches for some reason.

I like this name alot. It's a biblical name but often friends have said it sounds chavvy. Which did put me off a little but I do think Pretty. So maybe ignore naysayers.Naomi Charlotte

I think it's a very pretty name. As long as you don't try for any funny pronunciations. It's Nay-OH-Mee.Here's a few combos:Naomi KathleenNaomi DanielleNaomi TheresaNaomi JustineNaomi Alicia

I like it but that's about it. I don't love it and I wouldn't use it now even though it used to be on my list. I love the meaning. I just think it doesn't stick out much. Where I live Noemi is also used quite a bit and I have also seen Noomi and Naemi. It is a traditional name but it feels like a made up name or a creative invention in terms of look and sound and because of all of its variations. So it feels insubstantial even though it has so much history. I would however still love to see it on someone else. It's a lovely name I just feel that all those similar names that are used here made it lose some of its charm.

I like it. I like Noémi a little better though.

I like it! The meaning is decent and it’s familiar without being too common. The one negative is that the pronunciation is a bit ambiguous.
