Re: If I were to have kids tomorrow...
Hey, thanks so much for taking the time to respond. All good points! I personally don't mind place names, but it depends on the place, I suppose. Nash is a good idea, and it's actually a pretty common boy's name in Nashville. Also, thank you so much for taking the time to look up the history of Nashville! I did know about Francis Nash, but Francis/Frances have never been favorites for me. But Nash is another good option. I know Reese Witherspoon named her son Tennessee, which I also kinda love for a middle name, probably not with the name Mustard. The general opinion among responses seems to be the two together (Nashville Mustard) is too much, and I agree. I personally love alliterative names too. I had always wished mine was alliterative, but I know that could annoy people. I don't mind a cartoonish feel as long as it's not something totally ridiculous. Matilda Mustard with a more typical middle name would be fun to say, I think. I didn't think of Emerson Mustard as a brand until you said it. I guess it could be, but my love of Ralph Waldo might surpass it. Again, not expecting a kid any time soon so I have time to think on it. That is a good point about initials like IDK or JK not being dignified (Although maybe JK Rowling might disagree, haha!) , but that's a good idea to make sure if the letters stand for something else, it has a positive Association. LOL to me feels positive, as does JOY. MNM seems more neutral to me, but I would prolly avoid IDK or OMG or something lol. BAM isn't bad either lol. I wouldn't go out of my way to pick a name solely based on initials, but if I already had 2/3 initials set up with names that were important to me, I might go for the third. But lots of time to play and consider. Thanks so much!
