I like it, though it does remind me of the word Otter (not that that's inherently a bad thing)

I love the way it looks, hate the way it sounds (the way I say it - like "AUD-uh-lee"). If I spoke with an english accent and the T's were more crisp, it would be lovely indeed.

I cant imagine it ever becoming popular in North America.

I like it, but only when using German pronunciation, and I like Odelia in English. I'm not particularly fond of the '-lee' sound.

It just looks and sounds wrong to me. I say it Odd-ill-lee.

oh-TEEL-yeh, or something like that. I used to say it like oh-tee-LEE because I thought it was French but it's not :P

Umm I think it could be popular, but in a 'popular old-fashioned hipster names' way. I don't like it but I think it's cool. I'd be excited to meet one (I've never seen it IRL as far as I can remember).

I emphasize the first syllable. I do think it could rise in popularity in the US because it's rising in the UK, but I doubt it will significantly ascend the charts.

I do like the name, and it used to be one of my favorites. However, in my US accent, T and D often sound the same unless I'm over-enunciating. It ends up making the name sound like the word oddly.

It’s #142 and rising in the UK. It’s one of those names that is very popular with the upper middle class but is gradually becoming more mainstream. It’s usually pronounced “OTT-il-ee” here.

ETA: It also feels like the kind of name people use just to sound “posh”, like they see lots of Ottilies in the Telegraph BAs or something and just follow the trend.

I think its cute, but also weird and childish. I don't see it becoming more popular in the future but I also wouldn't be too surprised if it did.
