Don’t care for it. Not much better on a boy either.

It's not terrible, but, personally, I don't like Leighton on a girl; I see it as more of a boy name. I think that's because one of my friends, a guy, has Leighton for a middle name.

It's gross. It's pronounced Layton, and around here, the eastern shore of Delaware and Maryland, Layton is a rather cliched popular name of old men. I'd never heard of the name till I moved here.

Hmmmm I kinda like it. Sounds very royal to me. How would it be pronounced? LEE-ton? Or LIE-ton? or LAY-ton? It definitely looks pretty written down but it depends on how it sounds.Oops, I meant to respond to the main thread. Oh, well.

It's so awkward, and plain. Peyton is better. Laken is better.
I'd dislike it less if it were pron. LEE-ton, the way it looks.
