I like most of the ones that remind me of English names or are familiar like Iris, Amaryllis, Daphne, Clementine, Eulalie, Angelique, Veronique, Camelia, Azalée, Gardénia...This is what stood out as likable, from ones that seemed exotic...
Marjolaine
Karité
Nénuphar
Jacobée
Hysope
Goodyérie
Achillée
GaranceHysope in particular strikes me as charming right now.
Nenuphar reminds me of Niloufar.I can tell I missed some when I glanced at the list, too. Like Mandeline and Bérardie didn't jump out at me the way the others did, but I think they're fun.

I always thought Lierre (ivy) would be a pretty name! You've got lots of nice ideas here. Very romantic! I didn't know Eulalie was a word for "maiden grass" (although I have no idea what maiden grass is). Roselière is really neat.
