Re: Ryatt, Dutton, and Misael
Misael is the Spanish form of Mishael, which isn't rare in the Spanish-speaking world. It's pronounced mee-sa-EL. I like it more than Ismael and Miguel.Ryatt is strange. I don't like Rhett and Ryan seems too boring for me. Riot is really bad as a name. The only I like is Wyatt.Dutton doesn't appeal to me, it's just another surname-turned-name, albeit I like Sutton, Dalton (underrated name), Duncan and Dawson.

What makes Dalton seem like a good/underrated name to you?

It has lots of positive qualities, yet it was somewhat popular for a decade until its big decline in the mid 2000s. I feel it could blend in nowadays with Easton, Grayson, Landon or even Jaxon.

...yeah, but what would you say are its positive qualities? Is it the science connection or some connection with a famous person? To me (beyond being a random surname) the 1st syllable sounds just like Dolt, so I never really understood why it caught on at all.

Sorry for not clarifying.Dalton is a handsome name to me. It's also common-sounding without being trendy, as well as it is established and doesn't look artificial. In addition, I think it fits any age.
