Re: What's your thoughts on the name LaFree for a boy?
in reply to a message by Emezli
I'm sorry, I don't like it. Freeman is classic and masculine and also contains to word "free" (like you're looking for) so I would recommend that instead.

Its a nice suggestion but frankly i don't like the "Freeman" Variation
How about Franklin? It means "free man." All I can say is if you're going to name a child you should consider the child's well being and how naming them something unconventional and feminine like LaFree or Freea will affect them in life.
My own UNIQUE birth name has an "A" at the end and im a guy so the letter A nor the La Prefix is not exclusive to girls!
Yes, male names can end with A. (Sacha etc) But, please refer to my other comment. I know that these things don't DEFINE a feminine name, but LaFree and especially Freea sound very feminine.
and yet its ok to name a girl a "masculine sounding" name like James or Blake or even Jordan for that matter, right!
Uh...I'm sorry to break it to you but it was never about naming your girl "James"
Stay on topic, ok?
Stay on topic, ok?
Well, first of all, this isn't about that, and second of all, I don't agree with naming girls traditionally masculine names like that either.
