Re: What's your thoughts on the name LaFree for a boy?
We are living in a time were kids have all kinds of unique names like Quvenzhane, Kayleen, Caylee, Cason, Gage, Jaden ect. this isn't the 50s, 60s, 70s, or 80s. its time to stop living like its the past kids of today are used to hearing all sorts of names.

Emezli, I'm going to say this one more time because this discussion is going in circles.Your child will be bullied. It's selfish to disregard the well being of your child for the grandeur of a name. Please reconsider your choice.

I don't think that makes a difference. It's not the spelling that is the problem.

These don't all contain "free" but they either contain "free" "fre" or have the sound of "free"Frederick / Fred etc
Freemund
Freebern (This is a surname but I think it works alright as a fn)
Godfrey - I personally wouldn't use this because to me it sounds very old fashionedSome other names that don't contain "free" but have the meaning or similar:Carlton / Charlton - means "settlement of free men"
Lysander - This means "release" which is similar to "free"
Ehud - this is a biblical name, Ehud freed the city of Jericho from Moabite rule. (I would not recommend this because it sounds a bit weird in the modern day.)
Hartwin - the name's meaning contains "brave" which I think can be a nod to being brave enough to be free in your life.Overall, it's hard to find good names containing "free" because the choices are very limited. I hope this helps.

Well they are some pretty good choices. I personally wouldn't go with Ehud but biblical names can usually pass without much explanation. I'm glad I could help a little bit
