That it's my name makes me utterly biased, of course. I do wish it flowed better with my last name. But my name is Andrew Jonathan and I've always thought it was a genuinely good combo.

It’s one of those classic male names I actually don’t dislike. I’d take it over James or Nicholas any day.

I like it. I also like the Russian version Andrey and the Ukrainian version Andriy.

I think it's a very nice name. Makes a good middle name too. I like the nn Andy, it's kind of an aw-shucks sort of name, but not corny.

I love it, but both the Andrew's I know (both mid-late 20's) hate it. One goes by a different name completely.

It’s excellent. You can always tell when a name is classic when it is consistently called boring on here. Only when one is in the saddle do the dogs start barking.

Andrew is fine; Andre is better; Andy is awful. Andrea is probably better than the male versions.

Andrew is handsome. I like the nickname Drew.

It's a lovely name with a strong meaning. I do prefer Andre, though.

I really don't like it, which is too bad, because it's a limp, nerdy sort of boy name - usually that's my jam. I've been tainted by meeting too many insufferable Andrews I think. Andy is cute.

I have two cousins named Andrew - Andrew Ian born in the late 70s and Andrew Thomas born in the late 90s. I think it’s a nice, solid, sensible name that fits in any time.

One of my favorite classic names. A bit boring but nice, and I like the nns of Andy or Drew a lot.

It’s only flaw is that it’s boring. It’s a perfectly acceptable name with a long history.
