I think, if I remember, long ago, there weren't really categories on the message boards. So although this post ended up in the "facts" section, I think it's actually an opinion post. The person doesn't explain what they mean and I'm inclined to believe it's just early internet nonsense. It ended up on in the facts section by accident, probably.
I don't understand how you were able to reply to a 25 year old post though, or how you found it in the first place. Aren't all these posts in the Deep Archive?

The facts board has different rules. I did a search for Inanna and was able to reply to a 2004 message.
You know some people are just stupids who yap bs right? I would guess it is this.
