Maddie as a given name is... ugh. It's just so insubstantial.
As a nickname it's fine.
Of the ones you've listed, Madeleine is easily my favorite, though I see nothing wrong with Madeline. Madelyn is okay, I guess, but it seems like an overly modern spelling that is unneeded. Madelaine doesn't interest me much.
Interestingly, it seems the spelling I encountered most during my last few years as a teacher was Madalynn. Didn't love it, but I actually rather prefer it to Madelyn.
Madison is dated, and was never pretty to begin with. Likewise Maddison.
