I really love the name Soleil. I have for a long time. WDYT?Any MN suggestions?Would Phoenix [B] & Soleil [G] sound funny as a sibset?-------------------------------------------------

Soleil sorta reminds me of Soleil Moon Frye. And yes, I think the sibset is a little odd, but that is only my opinion.

That's my favorite girl name for the moment, or the one I'm planning on naming my first daughter. I do two middle names, so my combo is Soleil Indigo Skye. I think Phoenix goes fine with Soleil. I also have Phoenix in a combo but as a mn. My top boy combo is Kyan Xavier Cale. Don't know if that's goes of not, but that's my fave combo so that's what I'm using.
Just something I made.

Oooh, I love Soleil too!My favorite Soleil combo puts it in mn position, unfortunately: Sarai Soleil. I haven't decided on a good one with Soleil in the fn position.I don't think Phoenix and Soleil sound funny together at all, I think they sound great! But you know I always like your kooky ideas because I have so many of my own. I would want Soleil's twin sister to be Selene. Selene and Soleil - moon and sun. Corny, right? But I think the words sound beautiful together, regardless of their meanings, which only add to the fun. :D

LOL yeah! I thought to myself "Hey I really like Soleil which means sun, and I love Phoenix's which rise from the ashes....like burning fire, and the sun is hot". Why not put them together as a sibset? LOL. Thanks.Selene, and Soleil sound so pretty together! I honestly don't see how people think things like that are cheesy! I think it's original, and pretty, creative. :o).-------------------------------------------------

I don't think it'd sound particularly funny, but perhaps a little cheesy. I don't like Phoenix, but I think Soleil is pretty. It depends on where you live, though. In Canada, I'd say you'd be fine. But in the majority of the US, I'd say it'd get butchered a lot.
