Does anyone know anything about the feminine name Pretiotia? I don't know anything else about it.

This was the given name of one of my very distant ancestors, of Scottish descent, who lived in Anne Arundel Co MD during the mid 17th century. So, I am assuming this spelling is of Scottish origin.

It is a form/misspelling of Prezioca / Preciosa, a name meaning Precious. It can be Ladino or Spanish.
