Sonali is an Indian name meaning "golden"
Sonika sounds like a Russian form of
Sonja
(Russian pet form of Greek
Sofia
) to me... (?)

Satu

I read that both Sonali and Sonika are variations of an Indian female name Sonal. But I agree about Sonika,it does sound like a variation of
Sonja
.
