Emilie and Jacoby are high school sweethearts that married 4 years ago. Their first son Stephen John was born two years ago, and he is named after Emilie and Jacoby's two best friends Jeremy Stephen and John Edward who set them up. Just a few years later, Emilie is pregnant with their second child but something goes wrong. Their baby, a tiny girl, was born 3 months premature after a car crash Emilie was in sent her into premature labour. Emilie is lucky since the doctors said she can still have more kids. The little girl is a fighter, she fought off infections and sickness after sickness and after three months in the Babies ICU she was finally released. Her name is Charlotte Grace.
