Charlize and Jarrett both went on to finish college and both graduated exhausted but experienced. It was the day of her graduation that Charlize discovered that she was expecting again. She almost didn't attend the ceremony because she felt sick from head to toe. But she found some relief and Jarrett was there for her, encouraging her to go. So she did. Right after the ceremony ended, she passed out. The heat had gotten to her and that in addition to her previous ill state knocked her off her feet. They called an ambulance and she was rushed to the hospital where they found out that she was expecting again.
When Alora was born, Linus, 4, didn't know what to do and honestly rather hated his little sister. He started causing mischief, trying to get rid of her in any way possible. Needless to say, the home became a rather dangerous place for little Alora. It reached a point where Charlize set Linus down and explained to him that this "monster" who had joined them was his sister, that he needed to be nice, that she wasn't as big or strong as he was and so needed help. It took a little while but it finally dawned on Linus that he shouldn't be so ruthless towards her. And that's when things changed.
Linus and Alora have become great friends since. If Alora hurts herself, Linus is the first to respond. Charlize expects Linus to become a majorly overprotective brother even as the years go on.
A handful of months after Alora was born, Charlize got pregnant again. This made Charlize and Jarrett decide never to have two kids so close in age again. Charlize was already exhausted from chasing around a four year old and caring for a couple month old, she didn't need the wear of pregnancy. But they accepted their new child with love.
When Benedict came home and Alora was first introduced, Linus gave her the talk his mother had given him just a year before. Alora since started doting upon Benedict and adores him, loves holding him, and can't wait until he's a little bit older so that he can play with her.
