Thankyou for telling me how Gretchen, Megan, Benjie, Spencer and Cara are doing.
I am glad Gretchen has settled down so well with you, it is nice to hear she is helping you with the littler children. It sounds like Megan is starting to come out of her shell a little, which is encouraging news, i am very pleased that she has already made friends at school. Benjie has always been the most 'difficult' of the these cousins and it sounds like it might be advisable to review his medication, this might have some benefits for him in the long run.
Perhaps he is calmer at bedtime because it is a structured time? he knows exactly what will happen in certain orders and times. ADHD kids react well to routines. I am also gald to hear that Cara has started to say few things and that you are investing time and energy in a speech therapist for her.
