Ginevra is gorgeous, I agree. Mellifluous is a perfect descriptor. A wordsmith you certainly are.
My only hesitation is that people will mispronounce it and want to use an "ee" sound in the middle instead of an "eh" sound. Hopefully, the name is becoming more well known and this will soon take care of itself.
So many wonderful combinations to choose from. My favorites would be:
Ginevra Alice (Alix?)
Ginevra Clementine
Ginevra Clothilde
Ginevra Leonie / Leontine
Ginevra Lucy
Ginevra Ottilie / Ottoline
Ginevra Pearl
Ginevra Wilhelmine
