I like Agatha. It is clunky, but I like clunky sometimes. I wouldn't use the name myself, but that's mostly because I'm weird about the letter it starts with. I'm not keen on Aggie at all though.
I liked some of the suggestions I've seen others give--Agatha Louise (LOVE) and Agatha Olwen come to mind.
