Since I don't know your last time, I can't hear in my head whether or not Anne is long enough to remove the rhyme from Chloe, but I think it might still be too close. Even rearranging the names doesn't seem like a great idea, because then Susanna would rhyme with Anne.
Aside from that concern, Susanna Chloe Anne is a pretty decent set and I don't typically like any with more than two given names. I like Susanna and Chloe. Anne is alright. If you want the ideal flow, however, one of the names should probably be replaced with another. I don't know your taste so I don't want to start pulling names out of a hat, but best of luck to you. ^^
