There was a film actress called Tuesday Weld - no idea when or what she appeared in, butapparently her actual given name was Susan, and when she was very small she couldn't pronounce it; the closest she could get was Tuesday, and the nickname stuck.

One could stretch things a bit and regard Dominic as a Sunday name; also Freya for Friday. And I know a woman here in South Africa whose given name is Blandina but she's mostly known as Sondo because she was born on a Sunday and that's what Sunday is in Northern Sotho.
