Not such a fan of this one. It's one you occasionally see in a Times birth announcement, part of a string of names given to the newest scion of that segement of English society that still refers to the British Empire in the present tense. Wilfred Henry Ptolemy Marcus Evers-Jones or what have you.
Tolly's a fun nn, but I think Oliver or Bartholomew are less fussy sources.
