I think Tess is really cute, I like it a lot. I also love Tessa (actually I prefer Tessa). I think Tess Rainbow, Tess Emerald, Tess Imelda, Tess Elodie, Tess Willow, Tess Janae, Tess Keisha, Tess Lyric and Tess Neriah all sound nice.
Are Iris and Tess too close for siblings? Yes, they are too close for sibs imo.
WDYT of Louis Jasper? It's fine, as long as you're pronouncing Louis as LEW-ee, not LEW-iss. The "is" on the end of Louis will run into Jasper otherwise.
Also, WDYT of Joel? Love it. My younger brother's mn is Joel.
