Sorry I am not fond of the name, definitely not the sound and the meaning is okay. It is too similar to Oral and it kind of reminds me of Orwell.
I think the meaning of Orla is okay and it's definitely not a negative meaning I have just come across others that I prefer. Like Marina means "of the sea" and Luna is a name that means "the moon". Mira means "peace" in one language and "sea or ocean" in another. Aurora means "dawn" and is connected to the Aurora Borealis. Iris means "rainbow", is the name of a goddess, and are beautiful flowers. Marguerite is a French form of Margaret which means "pearl" in Greek but is also what the French call a daisy. Philomena has many great possible meanings. Golden Princess is definitely cute I just prefer other names with other meanings.
