1. Connie seems a bit contrived for Conrad. I think perhaps it might come up at some point, but with nicknames you never can tell, really. I like Connor & Constantine better than Conrad, for what that is worth.
2. Jason is very dated here. Very 80s. It was probably even dated a bit in the late 90s. In general, it is fine... I've never found it striking.
3. Hahaha, yes for the Theo is "different" crowd, Alaric would seem weird. I do have a hard time imagining meeting a child with this name,but I wouldn't think it was weird if I did. It has an ethereal, elvish quality to it.
