Re: Does anyone else...
I really like Lucy just on it's own but I don't quite love it. I used to mildly dislike it but then two years ago I met the sweetest girl named Lucy who used to stable her horse at the place we were living. Lucy has mildly been on my mind since then. I used to feel it was too popular but it actually isn't if you look at the numbers.I prefer it as a nn for Lucinda or Lucretia / Lucrezia or Lucina or Lucia pronounced loo-SEE-ə - also the other pronunciations but that ones my favorite.Lucy and Luciana are about tied for me.I prefer Lucy over Lucille, Lucilla, Lucette, Lucetta, Lucasta, Lucienne, Lucinde, Lucrèce, Luce, Luca, Luus, Lleucu, and Liùsaidh. So just Lucy or Lucille, I'd pick Lucy.Side note my younger sister-in-law has a cat named Lucy-Fur after Cinderella's cat Lucifer. It was her best friends idea to make it a pun. The cat gets called Lucy, Lucifer, and Lucy-Fur.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------My Favorite Names:Serafina, Fiona, Artemis, Luna, Hazel, Stella, Adelina, Deirdre, Frieda, Eleanor, Ursa, Callisto, Augustine, Ravenna, Iris, Citrina, Juniper, & FernCiaran, Connor, Arthur, Rowan, Magnus, Adrian, Finn, Teagan, Cedric, Quinn, Xavier, Theron, Taliesin, Julian, Gavin, & Griffin
