It's cute but short. There is the poet Rumi but I don't think there's anything wrong with naming a girl after a male poet. Gender bent names are a thing. What about Rumiana? It's a feminine form of Rumen, includes parts from Ruth and Michael, is long enough to look "full", and can have the nn Rumi.
There's also Miruna which has a cool meaning and includes Mi and Ru.
