I've only known boys named River, no girls actually! I think it's a very good name.
I feel pretty neutral about Naomi, Ruth, and Gabriel.
Naomi to me gives California beach girl vibes. Ruth feels very vintage, I'd expect it to see it in a historical fiction novel about WWII. Gabriel I think is pretty timeless, though it gives me 90s baby vibes—like my classmates in elementary school back then.
