Imran is the Arabic form of
Amram, father of Moses(Musa), Aaron(Harun),
Miriam (
Mariam), and unnamed eldest daughter. He is mentioned in Qur'an, a chapter is named after him and there is a word saying
Adam,
Noah, families of
Abraham and
Amram were chosen above other people. Most logical answer would be that
Imran is used among Muslims after revelation but possibly even before that.
Abdul means Servant of you add God or other names of God after
Abdul like
Abdullah and
Abdulrahman etc.
Abu means father so
Abu Hamza would be father of
Hamza.
