At 2 Corinthians 6:15, Paul uses Belial as another name for Satan. I think that should be added. Also, the correct meaning is "Good For Nothing".

In the 1982 cult horror film *Basket Case*, a man's wife dies while giving birth to conjoined twins, one of which is very badly deformed. Initially abandoned by their father, the boys are raised by their aunt until they are teenagers.
The father then reappears, intent on seeing his son Duane lead a normal life by having Belial - the deformity - removed and discarded. Belial does not die, however, and telepathically calls out to Duane, who rescues him. After their father meets an unseemly demise, the brothers continue to live with their loving aunt, hidden from the world. After she passes away, the twins embark on a quest for revenge against the "doctors" who separated them.
Shy, gentle and unassuming, Duane carries Belial around in a wicker basket, locked primarily to keep Belial safe from view of others, but also to keep others safe from Belial's hostile temperament, which seems aggravated by frustration. Despite his much smaller size, lack of legs, and inability to speak, Belial is actually the dominant twin due to his strong telepathic link with Duane, who is inversely much weaker in that regard. Belial is also unusually agile and strong; quite dangerous in relation to his disposition.
A fight between the twins was destined to happen due to the very close relationship between them, the new experiences Duane was having in the outside world - which included a girl - and Belial's frustration over his limited life. After crashing through their hotel window, Belial found himself hanging from the hotel sign by one arm. Duane was saved from falling by the grip of his brother's hand around his throat. Unfortunately, Belial could not switch his grip on Duane and unintentionally choked him to death. At that point, with a solid grip on the hotel sign, Belial could have just dropped Duane and easily pulled himself to safety. However, Belial touchingly refused to let go of his brother, and instead let go of the hotel sign, falling with Duane to the street below to join him in death. Or so it seemed.
