Cool and strange name!
Complex. But it’s a nice cool name.
Good cat name!
My pronunciation is HUTCH-eh-psoot.
The caption underneath the image of the statue has a typo, as it states “Statue of Hatsheput” instead of “Hatshepsut” (missing the second s) [noted -ed]
A bit of a mouthful, but a great historical figure nonetheless!

Our tour guide in Egypt made us remember by telling us "Hot Chicken Soup". So now that's all I can think of, though I love the pharaoh!
I like this name because it is an Ancient Egyptian name, but it sounds like Hat, Shep (like a dog), Soot (ashes).
It is pronounced hat-CHEEP-soot by some Egyptians.
My social studies teacher pronounces it: Hat SHEP (Say SHEP really high) Sue it.
