This is pretty cute. It seems like it would be a more feminine spelling though, over Taylor.

I think this spelling is okay, but since Taylor is the more commonly used spelling I would just go with that to avoid people spelling it Taylor or Tyler.

Taylor is for a boy! It always has been, and always will be a boy name to me, no matter how many trendy parents decide to give it to their daughters. Tayler, however, is an extremely uneducated, "kre8tiv" spelling that just looks plain stupid. Learn to spell!

I see Taylor more for a girl and Tayler more for a boy.
