I have a friend named "Zachary", and he hates it because people call him "Zatch" like "patch" or "hatch". If I have a son, I am going to use the "K" spelling of this lovely name to avoid him having to deal with that tease.

I guess I am one of the few people that prefer this spelling. It helps that I think of Zach with a ch sound as in cherry, and it doesn't seem right.
