[Opinions] Miranda
In my new novella I am basing a character off these sisters, my best friends Kayla (right) and Blondie (left). Her name is Miranda, or Randi, and she looks like Kayla. I'm blind--I don't remember if Kayla has purple hair in this pic--but if she doesn't, just imagine her with purple hair. I've tried every middle and last name for Miranda that I could think of ... do you have any ideas?PhotobucketThanks,
Mel

Ooohh I like the surnames you posted, especially Blake, Cole, and Griffith I actually thought about maybe six months ago, but forgot. As far as the combos, I love Miranda Grace and Miranda Louise the best. Thank you! :D--Mel

To try and make it as real as possible, I’d give her a common MN rather than something fanciful. As for surnames, I’m rubbish when it comes to those, so maybe you could think of her heritage and what her surname would be, and use the surnames board and database for help, it’s like this database but for surnames which is really helpful!Miranda Kate

Miranda Lee
Miranda Jane

Love your sig!I like:
Miranda Nicole (that was her name until a Nicholas entered the book waaaa)
Miranda Lee, but even better spelt Leigh (unfortunately I used Leanne in my other book aaahhh!)
Miranda Lynn (but unfortunately I'm using Lynn in this one, the protag's name is Keri Lynn)
Miranda Elizabeth...I thought of Miranda Beth? That was her name for a while--Miranda Beth Stewart--but I felt like something was missing.

Miranda Jane and Miranda Phoebe are cute...I will consider. Could you tell me, how do you pronounce Ceres? I've never seen it before. Thanks,
Mel

Ceres is pronounced 'SEH-reez'. Ceres is a Roman goddess (equilvalent of the Greek goddess Demeter) and the name of a dwarf planet.
