Hi I was wondering what everyone thought of the names
Alexandra Rose "Allie" and
Sadie Grace
Also what would you suggest for a brother and sister to go with this sib set?

Nice. Sadie is cute.
I also prefer Sadie to its full form Sarah. I can't stand Sarah!

What I've found in the 'real world' is that most people have no idea Sadie or Sally are Sarah nicknames. Absolutely none. The connection is lost. I think it's a similar thing with Nancy and Anne or Polly from Mary. Outside of the elderly who'd be more familiar with them, it only seems to be name nerds who are aware of it. That's just my experience though! My own grandmother didn't know her mother's name Sally came from Sarah originally.

I think Sadie Rose and Grace Alexandra would be nicer.

Allie and Sadie are ok on their own, but I wouldn't put them together... If you're going to do this sibset, Alex is a better nn.
