[Opinions] Re: Dean and Ivy
Hate Dean, love Ivy.I like Dane, but not Dean for some reason. I don'e like "-ean" names I guess; I also hate Jean (when it's pronunced JEEN.) Dean just strikes me as too institutional for a name.I like Ivy because it's naturey, I like the look of the plant, I like plant names in general, and Ivy can be very mature and elegant when it wants to be.
I like Ivy with slightly dreamy names usually, like Ivy Seraphina, Ivy Cordelia, Ivy Ophelia, etc. I also like Ivy Morwen, Ivy Morwenna, Ivy Pascale, Ivy Anne, Ivy Anna, Ivy Andromeda, Ivy Branwen, Ivy Gwendolen, Ivy Gwyneth, Ivy Gwyneira, Ivy Gwenaelle, Ivy Guinevere, Ivy Elowen, Ivy Hester, Ivy Selene, Ivy Saskia, Ivy Theodosia, Ivy Lorelei, Ivy Nimue, Ivy Jade, Ivy Callista, Ivy Cassandra, Ivy Cassiopeia, Ivy Eleanor, Ivy Lenora, Ivy Lenore, Ivy Rhiannon, Ivy Rowenna, Ivy Renata, Ivy Sophronia

Ooh, Ivy Pascale. I love that. Also like Ivy Cordelia, Ivy Gwendolen, and Ivy Calista. Ivy Anne is beautifully simple and homespun. Thanks!
