I like Elsa. Its sweet, but you can grow into it, and if she wanted to she could be a grumpy old Elsa and it would still work. I think my favorite of your combos is Elsa Caroline.
I might go with:Elsa Mae
Elsa Jillian
Elsa Beatrix

and Elsa Marguerite are two of my favorite combinations, as well. From your list, I also like Elsa Wilhelmina.

"Elsa, the She-Wolf of the SS." That's the image that Elsa carries for me. I've never actually seen the movie, but the name is perfect for the main character.

It's pretty. I do prefer Eliza, but Elsa would be a welcome siting on a little girl.Else Margaret and Elsa Caroline are lovely, but I think I would opt for Elsa Winifred (so Germanic!).

I recently realized that Elsa is a smolderingly beautiful name. My favorite combinations from your list are Elsa Marguerite and Elsa Wilhelmina, and my personal favorite is Elsa Dorothy.

I quite like it, although I prefer Elva. Elsa Odette is a really nice combo! I also like Elsa Regina May.Combos are difficult to make - You don't want too many "s" or "el" sounds, and it almost can't start with vowel because it won't flow well... Elsa Violet
Elsa Victoria
Elsa Genevieve
Elsa Hermione
Elsa Josephine "Elsa Jo"
Elsa Penelope
Elsa Valeria

Elsie has been a delight of mine since childhood. It was one of the first names I recall falling in love with. So loving Elsa was an easy task. Elsa is so musical and effortlessly elegant. And Elsa the Lioness from "Born Free" was so endearing. I'm surprised it hasn't caught on with the general public before now. Loving:Elsa Margaret (+ Margot / Marjorie / Mairead)
Elsa Caroline
Elsa Wilhelmina (+ Wilhelmine)Would add:Elsa Mary / Marion / Marianne / Maureen / Molly
Elsa Coral / Coralie
Elsa Bryony
Elsa Rosalind / Rosalie
Elsa Clare
Elsa Violet
Elsa Catherine / Katharine / Kateri
Elsa Bridget
Elsa Juniper
Elsa Meadow
Elsa Jane
Elsa Wren
Elsa Linnet ("LIN-et," = small bird)
Elsa Nightingale
