I really like both. They embody an old fashion charm that I find lovely.
Of the two, I prefer Esther.

And while I do like Gertrude, I prefer something more like Greta, Gretchen, Genevieve, Grace, Gwen, or Georgia for old fashion G names. But I do like the nickname Trudy!
