[Opinions] Clementine
Nicknames for Clementine other than Clemmy lol. That's the only one my husband can think of and I hate it.____________________________________________________________

Mina or Tina might work as nicknames. Clementine oranges and Huckleberry Hound singing in old reruns are what come to mind whenever I hear this name.

Tina seems the most obvious. Or Tiney / Tini / Tinette.
Less obvious:
Minty
Mina / Nina - my grandmother had a name ending in -tine, and was always called Nina; by the same route you could also probably get Lena.

I'd use Clem, Cleo, or Cece, but I don't think it needs a NN.

only one I can think off right offhand ...Is Tina, though this really only makes sense if you are pronouncing the full name Clement-Teen, like the fruit, rather than with a long i like in the song.
