I love it.. it makes me think of the Caspian sea. I love Caspian Leo, which someone else suggested.. also Caspian James and Caspian William (if I ever have a son I would consider using that one, since my hubby's name is William).. Some other ideas (for a fictional character, probably not a child!)

I love Caspian. I'm not sure what I would use as a middle name, though. I think it would have to have 2 syllables to sound just right. Hmmm...Caspian Michael
