I like Elliott. It looks balanced that way.
Elliot is the most common spelling, in my experience.

I like Elliott or Elliot leaning towards Elliott, as long as there is two LL's I guess I don't care, I also think they are the most common, and would be the assumed spellings. Though Eliot isn't bad perse, it might be the most masculine looking if that is a concern.
I think Eliott is the only one that looks bad for some reason, unbalanced or something, that fact that as I type this it the only of the four spelling spell check doesn't recognize says something.
