Thanks for all your responses! I just have 2 questions for you. Why does Nicoletta seem overdone? I've only met one. And what did you mean buy Nocle or Licola? I've never heard of those names.
To answer your question, I love Colette, but it doesn't translate into Greek, where Nicoletta does. I'm Greek (living in the USA), and it being translatable/pronounceable in Greek is really important to me. I'll still use Colette as a nn though.

Oh dear, sorry. Firstly, I was typing too fast and I meant Nicole and Nicola, not Nocle, Licola. And I mean that Nicoletta is overdone in the sense that it seems too much, as it too long, not as in there are too many of them and it has been used too much. Sorry I should have taken more time to type that out so it actually made sense!
I understand. Yes it is frilly and long. I know lots of Nicoles (and all of them are mean) which is why Nicoletta is more appealing to me.
