Not dramatically, no. A lot of those names have been discussed over here, and a lot of people like them.

Imogen has always turned me off. I kinda hate it, actually.
Charlotte is very pretty. I like it.
Isla....I have nothing to say. I don't like it.
Cora's all right. I see it as a middle name.
Penelope is another one I've always disliked.
Violet is all right. A bit overused though.
Amelia is a favorite. I love it.
Eleanor is a good one too.
Harper seems a bit hipster to me. I sorta like it, but would never use it.
Claire is nice.Asher I like. A lot.
I do not like Declan. At all.
Atticus is okay.
Finn is better as a nickname, in my opinion.
Oliver is one I like, but would never use.
I love Henry.
Silas makes me think of a young man in 1940's London. So cool, but unusable.
Jasper is also cool.
Milo is another one I hate.
I also don't like Jude.

Nameberry's "Top Names" are actually compiled from their search data and I don't think it's really that indicative of anything. Here's BtN's version of the same thing (I don't know what percent Nameberry uses, but BtN's is only 1% of the search data.) http://www.behindthename.com/stat/view.php?type=srch
And if you scroll to the bottom, you can get the top 300 for each gender.
I think it's pretty clear BtN is a site that's comfortable for all kinds of people to use and the search data reflects it pretty well–it looks like most of the searches here are people looking up their own names or names of family/friends. I actually just looked at the comments on Nameberry and everyone's like "um, I just clicked on Khaleesi because it looked weird and i wanted to know more" (Khaleesi ranked at #18 over there).
I feel it's EXTREMELY misleading that the they write the blog that way. Those aren't the "top names of the year", those are the ones getting searched the most on their one little website. Articles like this: http://time.com/2967217/most-popular-baby-names-2014/ shouldn't be the result.
...I was going to compare a little to the BtN's favorites list (the one I do), but I am out of time and have to go to work. We don't like Imogen nearly that much. The boy's names are pretty different compared to us as well.

They're typical "name nerd website" kind of names. Only a few of them can be said to be popular in the real world.

I haven't seen Imogen, Isla, Harper and Declan mentioned much on here. I think these lists are little more trendy than the typical Btn favourites. They're also quite British-sounding, especially Imogen, Isla, Amelia, Finn, Oliver, Milo and Jude which are all popular here. The only ones I really like and would use are Eleanor and maybe Henry (as a middle name).

My first thought is they are mostly quite literary and also "British" sounding. Imogen, Charlotte, Isla, Amelia and Eleanor are popular in the UK and have been for a while, ditto Finn, Oliver, Henry, whereas I think they haven't caught on as much (yet) in America. I know Charlotte is popular there now but it's been popular here (UK) since the 70s. Violet and Cora are very Downton Abbey inspired, as well as being old-fashioned. I don't know if the people on Nameberry like those names because they like the British image or they like those names because they are ahead of the trends, a bit like BTNers don't tend to love popular names which have been around for a while.I think on the whole, they are similar to BtN's favourites, with the exception of Harper and Declan. I wonder if Harper maybe has a different image in America too? I think it would be quite "downmarket" here because of the Beckhams/celeb use and the fact it's a surname.

I think Harper is seen as literary in America because of Harper Lee.Harper is just another surname/celeb name to me, though.

I really like most of them; I think the BtN lists are quite similar, but these are a bit more trendy, overall - especially for the boys.

Those are nice. I could easily go without Harper and Milo though. Those are stupid.Cora is clearly because of Downton. But I like Cora well enough.

I like all of the boys names. I don't dislike any of the girls names either, but I'm quite neutral about most of them. Love Penelope though. I think it differs from BtN, most people here have a more classic and vintage style. Like..our favorites would probably be something like Alexander, Henry, William, Theodore, Frederick, Amelia, Clementine, Matilda, Iris, Eulalie etc.

Imogen- I like Imogen. I think it's still unexpected in the real world, and I like that she can be an Immy or a Ginny.
Charlotte- I used to like it a lot more than I do now. It just kind of falls flat for me, but I wouldn't mind meeting one.
Isla- When I first joined BtN I loved Isla. Now I think it's dull and over-discussed.
Cora- I like longer forms better, like Cordelia nicknamed Cora, but Cora on its own is nice too. It has a homey, old-fashioned feeling to me.
Penelope- I like it. It's quirky and fun.
Violet- Well, obviously I like it, as it's my username. It used to be a top three name for me, now not so much. I'd still consider using it for my own daughter, though. I feel like it has substance, which some of the floral names lack.
Amelia- I still like Amelia and its bookish feeling. It's a humble name.
Eleanor- I like this one as well. I had a big Eleanor phase about six months ago, but it's passed. I still think it's lovely, though.
Harper- I think most here at BtN will agree that this is a big "nope!"
Claire- I used to really like it, but I have met so many little Claires and Claras lately (I work at a day care) that I feel like it's up and coming- destined for over-use.Asher- I kind of like it, but it does seem a tad trendy.
Declan- One of my college professors used this just as the name became more popular, and became one of those "I swear it wasn't popular when I chose it but now it's everywhere" people. Anyway, the name itself is nice, I just think it's getting too popular.

I don't remember what our top tens were, but Charlotte, Penelope and Eleanor sound BtN-ish, and Henry from the boy's list - not so sure about any of the others, and I can't see Harper or Atticus going down too well here, or super-dated Claire with the UK faction. A lot of these names seem like old fads we've had on the boards at one time or another and then got over. Nothing really new, except perhaps Imogen and Cora which I don't see discussed much. I'm vaguely curious about Asher and what its deal is - not a name I've ever seen irl. Is there a sleb child with it or something?
